As the global CEO of CJ Affiliate, Mayur brings an immense depth and breadth of knowledge of the affiliate industry as well as a keen ability to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. Prior to taking the company's reigns in 2019, Mayur spent three years as the SVP of Client Development and Data Science at CJ.
Before joining CJ in 2016, Mayur led the Conversant Personalised Media business in the UK. Prior to that, Mayur was part of the executive team at Affinnova leading the international business where he helped grow their business in Europe and Asia more than two-fold. When Nielsen acquired Affinnova in October 2014, its international business accounted for more than 25% of the company's overall revenue.
Mayur graduated with a BS in Statistics from the University of Mumbai and earned an MS in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
Paul heads up the Client Development, Corporate Development, and Business Development teams in the US, driving adoption, retention, and utilisation of the CJ Affiliate network by advertisers of every size. Before joining CJ, Paul led the North America sales team at Affinnova, transforming the business model from custom projects to SAAS. After Nielsen acquired Affinnova in October 2014, Paul led the strategic global accounts team for Nielsen's Innovation Practice in the US. Paul began his career in media consulting, both selling and leading engagements.
Paul graduated from Clark University, earning a BA in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, followed by an MBA in Marketing.
As Vice President of Product Development, Desiree leads a team of talented Product Owners who deliver highly innovative, differentiating products and solutions. On her way to the top of the Product organisation, Desiree was a leader within CJ’s Advertiser Development department, managing teams responsible for the success of some of CJ's top clients. Desiree has over 14 years of experience in digital media: in marketing, client management, and product development.
Desiree graduated with honors from Clark University with a BA in both Marketing and Studio Arts.
Nicole is the head of both the Marketing and Business Systems teams and oversees the creation and implementation of go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and content strategy. Nicole also leads marketing automation and is responsible for the development and implementation of solutions that drive business efficiency at scale.
Nicole joined CJ in 2007 and has held key roles across all areas of the business, including client support, account management, and strategic solutions. For her contributions, Nicole received the Epsilon Excellence award in 2016.
Nicole attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, in the BFA of Dance program.
In her current role as VP of Publisher Development, Kelly leads the team that facilitates and expands the global distribution partnerships and affiliations that are responsible for the reach and growth across the CJ Affiliate platform.
Kelly came to CJ in 2010 and quickly rose through the Client Development ranks. With 17 years of account management experience, Kelly continually grew her client’s business through strategic initiatives, innovative solution adoption and an intense focus on elevating her team’s performance.
Kelly graduated with a BS in Marketing and Operations Management from Indiana University and earned an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Heather leads CJ's Finance team, acting as a liaison between Epsilon and CJ and ensuring that forecasting and budgeting are transparent and seamless. She has also been responsible for CJ's financial planning since 2007.
Since joining CJ in 1999, as part of Be Free, Heather has held multiple positions across the organization, within marketing, analytics, and product marketing.
Heather graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Quantitative Methods and Marketing from Babson College.
As the head of Human Resources & Recruitment, Anna finds great talent to join the CJ Affiliate family and continues to support their development. Since joining CJ in 2010, Anna has held multiple positions across recruiting and human resources and has worked to find the right roles to fit the skillsets of candidates and to continue helping them thrive as CJ employees.
Anna graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in History and Sociology, and later earned a certificate in Human Resource Management.
As Regional Vice President, EMEA, Jules is responsible for the growth and development of the CJ network across EMEA, with specific ownership of the UK and Spanish markets.
Prior to joining CJ Affiliate in 2015, Jules has had a long-standing career in performance marketing with experience in growing networks, agencies, and brands.
Jules graduated in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
As Regional Vice President, EMEA, Tobias is responsible for the CJ Affiliate business in Germany, France, and the Nordics. He also manages cooperation for Eastern Europe and the MENA region.
Tobias joined CJ in 2010. Prior to joining CJ Tobias held various Senior Management roles on both the publisher and the network side.
Tobias graduated in Business Administration (SMB) from the University of Aalen.
Madhu leads a team of rock stars in India spanning Client Development, Publisher Development, Programme Compliance, and Data Science.
He is also responsible for growing the CJ network in the region, onboarding new clients and publisher partners. Prior to joining CJ in 2019, Madhu was overseeing multiple portfolios at Epsilon for four years. He has played pivotal roles in Business Development, Account Management, and Operations, delivering excellence throughout his career.
He brings over 18 years of experience across marketing technology and digital marketing. He is passionate about building teams from the ground up and collaborating with clients to co-create win-win scenarios.
Madhu graduated with BS in Electronics from University of Bangalore and earned MBA in Marketing from Manipal University.
As Vice President of Client Development, Amalia leads client growth and talent development for CJ’s East Coast offices of North America. She's also responsible for the strategy to profitably scale our operations globally. Since joining CJ in 2010, Amalia has held multiple positions throughout Client Development, delivering growth for Advertisers across multiple verticals. Prior to joining CJ, Amalia started her career in the software industry at Citrix Online, managing SMB accounts.
Amalia is a proud Gaucho! She graduated with a BA in Global Studies, with an emphasis in International Relations from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
As Vice President of Client Development, Sommer leads client growth and talent development for our SoCal, San Francisco, and Chicago client teams. She is responsible for setting the direction for client adoption of CJ solutions that drive strategies that deliver on client goals.
Sommer’s career at CJ began 13 years ago as the receptionist in our Santa Barbara office. She worked her way up through Client Development, where she has been instrumental in helping shape CJ innovations with a data-first approach.
Sommer attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where she majored in Psychology.
Hayley leads the Corporate Development team at CJ Affiliate. Her team takes a holistic view of partnerships as they seek strategic alignment with our clients, high levels of overall satisfaction with CJ, and win-win contract improvements. In this capacity, Corporate Development works closely with all teams across CJ in addition to our clients.
Before joining CJ Affiliate in mid-2017, Hayley led the Bizrate Insights group for 10 years. With the most mature business within the company, she and her team more than doubled their revenue, added strategic partnerships with Forrester and Internet Retailer, and successfully sold their division to Time, Inc. She began her career in retail, with J. Crew and Bloomingdales, and has also been a part of the 360i and Linkshare teams.
Hayley graduated with a BA in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Sean leads the Business Development team responsible for the North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific regions. Since joining CJ Affiliate in 2008, Sean has held numerous positions across the organisation, within Client Development, Media Services, and Corporate Development.
Sean attended California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo, where he majored in International Business.
Clara joined CJ Affiliate in 2010 on the Support & Compliance team, managing advertiser compliance standards, and has since led several operational teams at CJ and Conversant. In her current role, Clara is responsible for leading the front-line client support teams and oversees Network Quality & Programme Compliance. Prior to her role at CJ, Clara started her career at Cox Communications as a marketing manager overseeing marketing operations for residential video services.
Clara graduated from Westmont College with a BA in Communication Studies and earned her MBA from Pepperdine University.
As Director of Data Science & Analytics, Josh co-leads the team that develops new innovative solutions and analyses to help clients achieve their goals. Josh joined CJ Affiliate in 2012 and since then has played key roles in client development, strategic operations, and data science.
Josh graduated summa cum laude from Westmont College with BA in Philosophy and has continued his education every day since.
As Director of Data Science & Analytics, Nancy co-leads a team of ingenious data scientists who create customised analytics and prototype new, scalable data products. Nancy’s team develops data solutions to solve the most challenging business needs of CJ’s top clients, leading the industry in Data Science capabilities and services.
Before joining CJ in 2014, Nancy began her career with consulting and business intelligence, leading a team of expert automotive consultants and data analysts at ALG, a TrueCar Company.
Nancy graduated with a BS in Statistics, BA in Math Economics, and earned an MA in Applied Probability in Statistics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
