Includes:

  • A private, dedicated meeting room preset in conference style for up to 20 people with power 

  • Branded signage with the sponsor's logo at the entrance to the dedicated meeting space and your private room

  • Optional sponsor-hosted beverages and snacks and/or audio-visual support can be pre-arranged for an additional cost

  • Hours of operation:

    • Monday, September 14: 1:30 PM-4:00 PM

    • Tuesday, September 15: 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM**

    • Wednesday, September 16: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM

**Please note that meetings cannot be booked during the CEO Welcome and Guest Keynote on Tuesday, 9/15 from 9:00 to 10:30 AM. All dedicated meeting locations will be closed until the general session is over
