Includes:

  • Sponsorship of a semi-private space with one 12-person table and power
  • Branded signage with the sponsor's logo at the entrance to the lounge 
  • Optional sponsor-hosted beverages and snacks can be pre-arranged for an additional cost
  • Hours of operation: 
    • Monday, September 14: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM 
    • Tuesday, September 15: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM**
    • ***Wednesday, September 16: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

**Please note that meetings cannot be booked during the CEO Welcome and Guest Keynote on Tuesday, 9/15 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. All dedicated meeting locations will be closed until the general session is over 

***Meeting space is only available until 3:00 PM on Wednesday due to the extensive set up for Awards Dinner
