Sponsorship
Includes:

  • Sponsorship of an oceanfront dedicated meeting space for an eight-person meeting lounge with tables, power, and umbrellas
  • Branded signage with sponsor's logo at the entrance of the lounge 
  • Optional sponsor-hosted beverages and snacks, and/or audio-visual support can be pre-arranged for an additional cost
  • Hours of operation:
    • Monday, September 14: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
    • Tuesday, September 15: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM**
    • Wednesday, September 16: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM***

**Please note that meetings cannot be booked during the CEO Welcome and Guest Keynote on Tuesday, 9/15 from 9:00 to 10:30 AM. All dedicated meeting locations will be closed until the general session is over

***This space will close at 4:30pm for area reset on Wednesday 9/16 and all sponsor's items will need to be removed from the area by 4:30pm.
