As President of CJ Affiliate since 2015, Waleed oversees operations for U.S. and Europe, with a focus on continued innovation and success. Previously, Waleed led rapid growth and profitability in executive leadership positions at global marketing technology companies such as Affinnova, Imagitas, and Catalina Marketing. Prior to his focus on marketing services and technology, Waleed worked in brand management at Drypers and GlaxoSmithKline.
Waleed holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, where he graduated in the Top 10 of his class.
SVP, Client Development
Mayur leads CJ's Client Development team, delivering affiliate marketing solutions, strategy, and service to more than 1,600 advertisers on the CJ network.
Mayur joined CJ in 2016 from Conversant Europe where he led the Conversant CRM business in the UK. Prior to Conversant, Mayur was part of the Executive Team at Affinnova and led businesses in Europe and Asia. During those years, Mayur more than doubled Affinnova's fledgling international business and by the time Nielsen acquired Affinnova in October 2014, international business had exceeded 25% of the company's overall revenue.
Mayur graduated with MS in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and BS in Statistics from University of Mumbai.
SVP, Business Development
Paul leads the Business Development team, driving adoption, retention, and utilization of the CJ network across advertisers of all sizes. Prior to CJ, Paul lead sales in North America for Affinnova, helping drive the transformation of the business model from custom projects to software-as-a-service. When Nielsen acquired Affinnova in October of last year, he was selected to head the strategic global accounts team for Nielsen's Innovation Practice in the US. Paul started his career in media consulting both selling and leading engagements.
Paul is a graduate from Clark University, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Magna cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, followed by an MBA focused in Marketing.
VP, PUBLISHER DEVELOPMENT
Scott heads the Publisher Development team, providing strategy, support, and growth for all managed publishers within CJ's network. Since joining CJ in 2005, Scott has held roles in both advertiser and publisher development, experience that provides unique insight into the requirements and optimization strategies to enable mutually beneficial growth for network partners. Prior to CJ, Scott held strategy and business development roles at Carat Interactive and Yahoo!.
Scott graduated with a degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Heather Pilat leads CJ's finance team, acting as liaison between Epsilon and CJ ensuring that forecasting and budgeting of the business is transparent and seamless.
In addition to her finance role, Heather is responsible for CJ's Westborough office. She has been responsible for financial planning since 2007 and has held multiple positions within CJ including Marketing, Analytics, and Product Marketing. Heather has been with the company since 1999, originally part of Be Free.
Heather graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Quantitative Methods and Marketing from Babson College.
Director, Product Development
As Director of Product Development, Desiree co-leads a team of seasoned Product Owners with a focus on innovating and delivering highly differentiated products. Prior to overseeing the Product organization, Desiree was a leader within Advertiser Development, managing teams responsible for CJ's top clients' success. Desiree has over 14 years' of experience in marketing, client management and product development within digital media.
Desiree is a graduate from Clark University, where she earned degrees in both Marketing and Studio Arts, receiving honors.
Director, Product Development
Aruna co-leads the Product Development team with a focus on systems automation for CJ Affiliate. She leads the entire product line lifecycle from strategic planning to go-to market launch for initiatives associated with the CJ marketplace.
Prior to CJ, Aruna was responsible for running the business development and product marketing operations at an ERP Software company called Prologic First in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Since joining CJ in 2010 Aruna has held several roles running the Client Integrations and Product teams, working on a variety of different product lines.
Aruna has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from National American University, South Dakota where she graduated as Summa Cum Laude and an MBA in International Business from Madonna University, Michigan.
Director, Marketing & Business Systems
Nicole leads CJ's Marketing & Business Systems teams, overseeing the creation and implementation of go-to-market strategies and content creation - including thought leadership, public relations, social strategy and brand positioning for CJ Affiliate. In addition, Nicole oversees marketing automation and business systems and is responsible for developing and deploying technological solutions focused on driving business efficiency at scale.
Nicole joined CJ in 2007, playing key roles in the development and launch of CJ solutions such as Pay Per Call, Site to Store and Affiliate Customer Insights. Nicole was awarded the Epsilon Excellence award in 2016 for her contributions. Prior to CJ, Nicole worked as a corporate and leisure travel agent for large corporations.
Nicole attended the University of Santa Barbara's BFA of Dance program from 2002-2005.
Director, Data Science
Ken co-leads the Data Science team with responsibility for helping CJ and its clients make better business decisions through the analysis and interpretation of complex data. Ken joined CJ in 2015 and his prior experience includes various analytics, product development, and marketing roles across the consulting, finance, and travel industries.
Ken has BS in Marketing from West Chester University, an MBA from Temple University, and an MS in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
Director, Data Science
Nancy co-leads CJ's Data Science team, providing actionable insights and data-driven solutions to clients across CJ's network. Since joining CJ in 2014, Nancy helped build self-service business intelligence tools to ultimately increase the analytical acumen within the organization, providing CJ's clients with better optimization strategies and practices. Prior to CJ, Nancy led the consulting team at ALG, a TrueCar Company, providing new product launch and strategic recommendations to the top automotive companies operating in the U.S. and Canada for over 8 years.
Nancy graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with degrees in Math-Economics and Statistics, and an MS degree in Applied Probability and Statistics. Go Gauchos!
Director, Human Resources
Jenny provides HR programs and strategies focused on making CJ a great place to work. She coaches leadership, managers, and employees on navigating the conversations and decisions on performance and development. With over 15 years of HR experience, she has been a change management, communications, and HR leader for the Enterprise, Retail and PMO teams at Deckers, a global shoe company. In addition, she held HR and Talent Acquisition roles at ARINC, an aerospace and engineering company. In every role she uses her love for all things technology and data to influence HR systems, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
Jenny has an MBA from Texas A&M University in Information Technology and a BA in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government from American University in Washington, DC.
