Waleed Al-Atraqchi

Joining CJ in 2015, Waleed oversees operations for U.S. and Europe, continuing sustained innovation and success. Previously, Waleed led rapid growth and profitably in executive leadership positions at global marketing technology companies, such as Affinnova, Imagitas, and Catalina Marketing. Prior to his focus on marketing services and technology, Waleed worked in brand management at Drypers and GlaxoSmithKline.

Waleed holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, where he graduated in the Top 10 of his class.

Pam Johnston

Pam leads CJ's client development teams across the U.S., ensuring clients achieve their affiliate marketing goals. In addition to 25 years of global expansion and operating experience across companies including Yahoo!, DivX, and Motorola, Pam also has consulting experience. At both Boston Consulting Group and her own firm, she developed global expansion strategies for companies such as Pandora, Blurb, and lynda.com.

Pam holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, a bachelor's degree in Oboe Performance from Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

John Dent
VP Advertiser Development – West

John leads CJ’s Western U.S. client base and is responsible for delivering affiliate solutions, strategy, and service. John also heads CJ’s Travel Vertical team. He has 20 years of experience leading online and offline direct marketing programs for the world’s biggest brands. Prior to CJ, John served in leadership positions at Acxiom, Apple, Digital Impact, and Netcentives. John started his career is CPG sales and marketing roles at Information Resources & Ralston Purina.

John received his BA from St. Lawrence University.

Mike Kowal
VP Advertiser Development – East

Mike leads CJ’s Eastern U.S. client development team and provides strategic guidance for many of CJ’s top clients. His team is responsible for service execution and management of client programs, as well as education and synchronization with advertisers’ multi-channel strategies. He joined CJ in 2014 from Dotomi/Conversant, which he joined in 2010. Mike has over 25 years of experience in online, direct, and database marketing at companies including Rakuten, GE, and Household Finance.

Mike graduated with an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, both from the University of Dayton.

Paul Tibbit
SVP Business Development

Paul leads the Business Development team, driving adoption and utilization of the CJ network across advertisers of all sizes. Prior to CJ, Paul lead sales in North America for Affinnova, helping drive the transformation of the business model from custom projects to software-as-a-service. When Nielsen acquired Affinnova in October of last year, he was selected to head the strategic global accounts team for Nielsen’s Innovation Practice in the US. Paul started his career in media consulting both selling and leading engagements.

Paul is a graduate from Clark University, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Magna cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, followed by an MBA focused in Marketing.

Heather Pilat

Heather leads CJ's analytics team, providing actionable insight across the CJ organization and Conversant. She delivers best-in-class analysis and keeps abreast of emerging trends that lead and define CJ's vision. In addition to analytics, Heather is responsible for CJ's Westborough, MA office. Heather has been with the company since 1999, originally part of Be Free.

Heather graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Quantitative Methods and Marketing from Babson College.

Scott Ginsberg

Scott heads the Publisher Development team, providing strategy, support, and growth for all managed publishers within CJ’s network. Since joining CJ in 2005, Scott has held roles in both advertiser and publisher development, experience that provides unique insight into the requirements and optimization strategies to enable mutually beneficial growth for network partners. Prior to CJ, Scott held strategy and business development roles at Carat Interactive and Yahoo!.

Scott graduated with a degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Jon Robertson

Jon runs CJ’s marketing organization, driving market leadership, awareness, demand generation, strategic events, and communications. Jon has developed and led sales and marketing strategies for more than 20 years at several high-growth companies, including lynda.com, InHealth Technologies, and New Horizons CLC.

Jon holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from California State University, Chico.

Kerri Pollard

Following her tenure as president of CJ Affiliate by Conversant, Kerri serves as an integral member of CJ’s Advisory Board, where she continues to provide valuable insight as a sixteen year industry veteran. Kerri joined affiliate marketing solutions provider Be Free in 1999 prior to its acquisition by ValueClick and subsequent merger with CJ in 2003.

Kerri has a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the E.W. Scripps School at Ohio University.
