In order to receive direct deposit, you select the country in which your bank is located, and then enter the bank name, name on the account, bank account number you wish to use (5-9 digits; do not add leading zeros), and the BSB (Bank, State, Branch) number. Please do not include a dash or any other symbols when entering these numbers. Your BSB (routing) number contains 6 digits, (broken into a two-digit bank number, a one-digit state number and a three-digit branch number) and can be found on your checks as shown below. You can also obtain the account and routing information from your financial institution.

In order to receive direct deposit, you will select the country in which your bank is located and the currency of the account (CAD or USD) and then enter the bank name, name on the account, bank account number you wish to use (up to 12 digits), and the routing code. Please do not include any hyphens when entering these numbers. Your routing number contains 9 digits, broken into a five-digit branch transit number followed a four-digit institution number, and can be found on your checks as shown below. You can also obtain the account and routing information from your financial institution.

Important: You will need to reverse the order of five-digit branch transit number and the four-digit institution number to come up with your correct 9-digit routing number (e.g., the routing number appears on the example check (below) as 10202 | 0004 and should be entered as 000410202). If the institution number is three digits, add a leading zero to make it four, then follow with the 5-digit branch transit number.

France

Your RIB code (routing number) contains 10 digits and consists of the five-digit bank code and the five-digit branch code. Your RIB code (routing number) and account number can be found on your check as seen below. You can also obtain the account and routing information from your financial institution.

Germany

  • Non-Giro Account: Use a leading zero plus the nine-digit account number, for a total of 10 digits (e.g., an account number of 12345678 should be entered 012345678).

Please do not include a dash or any other symbols when entering these numbers. You do not need to include a routing number since that number is contained within the account number. You may obtain your account number from the institution where the account is held.

New Zealand

Switzerland
