DATE: 6/18/09  California's budget tax bill now includes "affiliate nexus" language and could be voted on as early as next week! We strongly urge you to email Senator Ducheny to express your opposition to this change to the budget bill. Click here for a sample communication you can modify accordingly and send to the Senator.
