CJU 2009 Commission Junction University (CJU) is the first-of-its-kind industry conference for affiliate marketing and has been held annually in Santa Barbara, California, for more than a decade. CJU 2009 will be held September 15-17.

This year's CJU promises a fresh take on the entire event: we've created new ways to make it easier than ever to create the business connections you need and new ways to get social and have some fun. As "The Place to Affiliate," CJU 2009 will provide unparalleled networking opportunities for advertisers and publishers, the chance to learn from thought leaders in online marketing and an insiders-only occasion to swap tips and strategies with the best affiliate marketers in the industry.

This year's conference event will be held September 15-17, 2009, at Fess Parker's DoubleTree Resort.

Your registration fee of $995 includes:

CJU 2009 Keynote Speaker: Jackie Huba

Jackie Huba If you liked Guy Kawasaki last year, you are going to LOVE Jackie Huba this year!

Jackie Huba researches, writes and consults about the effects of word of mouth on customer loyalty. Forbes calls her work "the word of mouth gospel."

100 Most Influential Online Marketers of 2008 Jackie was recently ranked #8 on the 100 Most Influential Online Marketers of 2008

Jackie is co-author of two seminal books on the subject: Citizen Marketers: When People are the Message, which documents the emerging world of social media and how brands should begin to embrace a participatory culture with customers and fans. That book, which introduced the world to the idea of The 1% Rule, has been widely adopted by high school and college instructors as a teaching tool for understanding the fast-changing world of media and public relations. Jackie's first book, Creating Customer Evangelists: How Loyal Customers Become a Volunteer Sales Force (2003), explains how companies successfully create brand-loving evangelists who spread the word and become a safety net of loyalty. Translated into six languages, that book's terminology of "customer evangelism" has become a talking point and strategic focus for companies around the world.

Jackie co-writes the award-winning Church of the Customer blog; with more than 120,000 daily readers, it's ranked as one of the most popular business blogs in the world. She's also co-founder of the Society for Word of Mouth, an educational network that helps its several thousand members build word of mouth into the DNA of their organizations.

We can't wait to have Jackie kick off CJU 2009!
