As president of Commission Junction, Kerri's primary responsibility is to oversee the operations of Commission Junction's U.S. and Europe offices. Kerri originally joined affiliate marketing solutions provider Be Free in 1999 prior to its acquisition by ValueClick and subsequent merger with Commission Junction in 2003. During her thirteen-year tenure with BeFree and Commission Junction, she primarily managed the teams responsible for advertiser and publisher client development and introduced such initiatives as the CJ Performer, a program that facilitates strategic relationships between top-performing publishers and key advertisers.
Prior to Commission Junction, Kerri operated in a sales capacity at consulting firm Keane, Inc., and at i-Cube (now Avenue A/Razorfish). She has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the E.W. Scripps School at Ohio University.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
Dave Osman oversees product management, marketing, and support operations. His strong operational and strategic development experience makes him a key member of the executive team. Since joining Commission Junction in 2003, Dave has been responsible for the advertiser and publisher client account management services nationwide and has played an integral role in developing strategic partnerships with advertisers, publishers and 3rd party partners. Prior to Commission Junction, Dave was the vice president of sales and marketing at On Sport, where he was responsible for sales and marketing.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Antioch University and an MBA from the University of La Verne.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT DEVELOPMENT
Pam Johnston leads Commission Junction's client development teams across the United States, ensuring CJ clients achieve their affiliate marketing goals. Pam comes to CJ with more than twenty years of global expansion and operating experience across a range of companies, including Yahoo!, DivX and Motorola. She also has consulting experience with the Boston Consulting Group and her own firm, Johnston Consultants, where she developed global expansion strategies for online companies, such as Pandora, Blurb and lynda.com.
Pam holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati, a bachelor's degree in oboe performance from Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
VICE PRESIDENT, ENGINEERING
Anders Bjoras leads Commission Junction's engineering department. Since joining the company in 1999 Anders has held several roles as hands-on developer of the company's technology before transitioning into the Executive Team. Through his in-depth knowledge of Commission Junction's business and technology Anders has shaped the direction and development of the company's product and technology. Prior to Commission Junction, Anders was a technology consultant for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
He graduated with a degree in computer science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
VICE PRESIDENT, ANALYTICS
Heather Pilat leads Commission Junction's analytics team, providing actionable insight across the Commission Junction organization and cross divisionally for ValueClick. She delivers best in class analysis and keeps abreast of emerging trends that lead and define Commission Junction's vision. Heather's insight often carries forward to strategic sessions with key clients. In addition to analytics, Heather is responsible for CJ's Westborough office. Heather has been with the company since 1999, originally part of BeFree.
Heather graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Quantitative Methods and Marketing from Babson College.
DIRECTOR OF SALES
As Director of Sales, Joe Doretti oversees Commission Junction's selling efforts while upholding the company's leadership position and creating an environment where service is paramount. Throughout his tenure, he has developed and executed on strategic sales initiatives to stay competitive while driving valuable long-term customer acquisitions year after year. With over 20 years of online experience in all aspects of solution selling, Joe's understanding and ability to articulate client needs have been invaluable in creating and evangelizing solutions that exceed customer expectations. Joe's infectious energy has led him to market, manage and sell at several start-up operations that continue to thrive. He feels privileged to have seen online media grow to where it is today, having participated in such early endeavors as AOL Inc. before they even had one million members.
He graduated with a degree in business management from Boston University.
DIRECTOR OF PUBLISHER DEVELOPMENT
Scott Ginsberg leads the Publisher Development team, providing strategy, support and growth for all managed publishers inside the CJ Network. Since joining the company in 2005, Scott has held several roles in both advertiser and publisher development. This experience has provided him with unique insight into the requirements and optimization strategies that enable mutually beneficial growth for network partners. Scott's deep understanding of the publisher universe has been critical to his success in advocating for publishers and nurturing the development of diverse business models in the network. Prior to joining CJ, Scott was a media buyer at Carat Interactive as well as an Account Executive at Yahoo! Inc.
He graduated with a degree in marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
