Kerri Pollard

As president of CJ Affiliate by Conversant, Kerri's primary responsibility is to oversee the operations of CJ's U.S. and Europe offices. Kerri originally joined affiliate marketing solutions provider Be Free in 1999 prior to its acquisition by ValueClick and subsequent merger with CJ in 2003. During her thirteen-year tenure with BeFree and CJ, she primarily managed the teams responsible for advertiser and publisher client development and introduced such initiatives as the CJ Performer, a program that facilitates strategic relationships between top-performing publishers and key advertisers.

Prior to CJ, Kerri operated in a sales capacity at consulting firm Keane, Inc., and at i-Cube (now Avenue A/Razorfish). She has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the E.W. Scripps School at Ohio University.

Pam Johnston

Pam Johnston leads CJ's client development teams across the United States, ensuring CJ clients achieve their affiliate marketing goals. Pam comes to CJ with more than twenty years of global expansion and operating experience across a range of companies, including Yahoo!, DivX and Motorola. She also has consulting experience with the Boston Consulting Group and her own firm, Johnston Consultants, where she developed global expansion strategies for online companies, such as Pandora, Blurb and

Pam holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati, a bachelor's degree in oboe performance from Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Michael Schaeman

Michael Schaeman leads CJ's business development teams across the United States and is responsible for bringing the power of CJ Affiliate to organizations of all sizes. Michael has a 30-year track record building high-performance teams that deliver customer success. Prior to joining CJ, Michael held leadership positions across a range of companies, including, Gartner, and Xerox.

Michael holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland College Park.

Heather Pilat

Heather Pilat leads CJ's analytics team, providing actionable insight across the CJ organization and Conversant. She delivers best in class analysis and keeps abreast of emerging trends that lead and define CJ's vision. Heather's insight often carries forward to strategic sessions with key clients. In addition to analytics, Heather is responsible for CJ's Westborough office. Heather has been with the company since 1999, originally part of BeFree.

Heather graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Quantitative Methods and Marketing from Babson College.

Scott Ginsberg

Scott Ginsberg leads the Publisher Development team, providing strategy, support and growth for all managed publishers inside the CJ Network. Since joining the company in 2005, Scott has held several roles in both advertiser and publisher development. This experience has provided him with unique insight into the requirements and optimization strategies that enable mutually beneficial growth for network partners. Scott's deep understanding of the publisher universe has been critical to his success in advocating for publishers and nurturing the development of diverse business models in the network. Prior to joining CJ, Scott was a media buyer at Carat Interactive as well as an Account Executive at Yahoo! Inc.

He graduated with a degree in marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Jon Robertson

Jon Robertson leads CJ’s marketing organization and is responsible for driving market leadership, awareness, demand generation, strategic events and communications. Jon has developed and led sales and marketing strategies for more than 20 years at several high-growth companies, including, InHealth Technologies, and New Horizons CLC.

Jon holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from California State University, Chico.
